The customer has the option to not follow through with the FRA if they say they do not like the design. They will lose nothing.

Once they pay their deposit, then they will lose the deposit if they “change their mind.” The deposit is not paid until they sign off on the design and we will not take that step before we have their panels produced and ready to install.
